New Year, New Meals: Meal Prep with Grace Williams
Start your year feeling confident and inspired in the kitchen, with the founder of Salted and Pepper, Chef Grace Williams! In this demonstration class, Grace will guide you through two meals - Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore Pasta and Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Salmon with Caesar Roasted Potatoes.
Throughout the class, Grace will teach practical skills to boost your kitchen confidence for the year ahead, including basic knife skills, food safety tips, and how to build your own customizable sheet pan or crockpot meals at home. You’ll sample each dish and leave with recipes, ideas, and inspiration for quick meals that help you stay on track with your New Year goals.
Class will include a welcome snack and small portions of the featured recipes.

About the Instructor
Grace Williams is a private chef with over a decade of experience in restaurants, catering, healthcare kitchens, and even Walt Disney World. She holds an associate’s degree in Culinary Arts, a bachelor’s in Food Service Management, and an MBA from Johnson & Wales University. Through her business, she shares her passion for home-cooked meals by teaching families practical, delicious recipes. Giving back family time is at the heart of what she does.
