Kick off 2026 with a trail run at the Wilson Creek Frozen 50K! ❄️
The Wilson Creek Frozen 50K offers a one-of-a-kind winter running experience on the stunning Wilson Creek trail system, just 30 minutes south of Nampa, Idaho. Runners will traverse the Reynolds Creek gorge along the historic China Ditch and summit Wilson Peak—braving the elements on some of southwest Idaho’s most dramatic terrain. These trails showcase the region at its finest during a time of year when most people are watching the weather from the warmth of their homes.

The 20-mile loop includes 4,500′ of elevation gain, and the 10-mile loop includes 1,500′—totaling 6,000′ for the 50K. The 50K course is a combination of both loops.
