Sensory Workshops

Ages 3-6 | Does your little get BIG movements or BIG feelings leading up to a BIG crash? This is the class for them! Participant pairs will be led through movements designed to soothe the nervous system. Sensory Seekers unite to move at a high intensity and then go through a cool-down activity to practice co-regulation techniques. Walk out ready for a restful evening!
