Join Gina & Melissa for a beautiful sensory experience. Yoga Nidra is a calming guided meditation. A Sound Bath is a meditative practice that reduce stress and enhances mental clarity. Combined they make a perfect way to end the week! Leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, grounded and clear. Cost is $35.00. Payable by cash or Venmo @Melissa424. Please bring a mat, pillow and blankets.
