Deep Stretch and Yoga Nidra

Come relax at the end of the week with a deep stretch and yoga nidra practice. This Friday’s September class will focus on transformation as we begin to close out the summer season and head into fall. This class is perfect for all, there is minimal movement with about 4-5 yoga poses before we end with a guided meditation that is sure to leave you feeling calm and rejuvenated!
