Yoga for Wellbeing: Ancient Practices for Modern Living with Special Guest Elizabeth Wood

Join guest yoga teacher and author Elizabeth Wood for this 75-minute workshop to explore yogic practices for wellbeing that can be applied in everyday life.

This offering includes a discussion about wellness and an all-levels mindful yoga practice for increased clarity, ease and capacity for joy. Elizabeth will also share insights from her own wellness journey.

She is a co-author of the international best selling book, The Call Within: Finding Purpose and Sparking Transformation. (Fun fact: Jennifer, of The Wild Nurturer, is mentioned in the book!)

A book signing and reception will be held following the workshop.


About Elizabeth:

Based in central Ohio, Elizabeth has taught thousands of yoga classes in a variety of settings, including yoga studios, community centers and schools. She helps adults and teens learn tools to create sustainable changes in everyday life. She is an experienced yoga teacher, E-RYT 500, Reiki Master Teacher and Ayurvedic Health Counselor.
