SELF CARE: Stretch Meditation 2 with the Women of Wildwood!

3-WEEK COURSE!

Enjoy this beginner relaxing experience as our instructor walks you through a three-week course on learning the dynamics of meditation and stretching and how they work together to make your body feel inspired, transformed, and connected. (Patrons need to supply a yoga mat).
