What to Expect:
A restorative, trauma-informed breathwork journey layered with grounding music, guided intention, and somatic integration. You’ll be invited to breathe, release, and reawaken the light within — leaving with a sense of spaciousness, warmth, and renewal.
Join Morgan Hallenbeck, a Somatic Breathwork facilitator for an amazing experience of somatic breathing. It’s time you discover the healing power that’s already within you. Learn breath techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, conquer limiting beliefs, release stories that no longer serve you, process trauma, gain emotional clarity, reconnect with yourself, deepen your spirituality, and so much more. This session is typically done lying down on your mat. Feel free to bring a pen/journal and wear layered clothing for warmth. Blankets and bolsters will be provided for your comfort.
