Krishna’s two-part breath meditation is a plant-less medicine for the mind, body and soul. This work is done lying down, allowing the body and mind to be at ease.
In his work Krishna encourages you to exercise your inner muscle of sovereignty, as you lean into your edges. Know that this work is not about no pain no gain. You have control of your breath in where you would like to take it or not. Krishna’s way of encouragement and fascination paves the way for you to embrace the unknown and allows you to get comfortable in the uncomfortableness of this human existence. This subtle shift will allow the breath to wash away a lifetime of limiting beliefs, traumas and dramas. In the end, if you are looking for transformation in your life. Krishna’s multidimensional journeys are a catalyst for self-acceptance, self-love. In this state, all things are possible.

About the Facilitator:
