Step into a sacred space for a deep and intimate sound experience, as we attune ourselves to the nurturing energy of the Cancer New Moon in the calming embrace of Udara’s Om Dome.
This particular new moon marks a powerful moment for inner reflection, emotional renewal, and setting intentions connected to home, heart, and self-care. Aligned with the lunar cycle, this workshop is intentionally timed to help you recalibrate your energy field and plant seeds of intention for the coming month.
We will begin with a seated Theta meditation to drop into presence, followed by intention setting which will be supported by a cup of ceremonial cacao.
Cacao is revered for its gentle yet potent heart-opening qualities. When combined with chanting and vocal activation, it supports emotional connection, presence, and inner alignment
The experience concludes with a lying-down sound healing journey, allowing you to fully receive and integrate the frequencies of this lunar portal.
Come as you are and leave aligned, refreshed, and in resonance with the rhythm of the moon.
About the facilitator
Hanna Williams has a Master’s degree in Psychology and is a certified practitioner of Theta Healing®. She is also a singer-songwriter and has released two albums and several singles. Hanna is an experienced facilitator of sound healings, Kirtans, singing circles, as well as one on one singing classes. She approaches singing from a fun and playful perspective, and yet being efficient in working towards a noticeable change in her client’s vocal expressions.
