Venez apprendre à cuisiner un repas traditionnel acadien avec nous!
Une soirée de partage de connaissances, de bons moments en famille, parfaite pour un rassemblement intergénérationnel.
Formez un groupe de jusqu’à 4 personnes par station pour apprendre et préparer un repas mettant en vedette les tétines de souris, une herbe comestible qui pousse dans les marais salés. Ce plat sera accompagné de morceaux de porc et de légumes frais – des ingrédients tous issus de Memramcook.
L’atelier sera animé par Chanelle Belliveau, propriétaire de Farm to Table NB.
À la fin de la session, emportez votre repas à la maison! (Apportez un grand pot)

Come learn how to cook a traditional Acadian meal with us!
An evening of knowledge-sharing, quality time with family, and a perfect opportunity for intergenerational connection.
Form a group of up to 4 people per station to learn how to prepare a meal featuring samphire greens, an edible herb that grows in salt marshes. The dish will be paired with pork pieces and fresh vegetables – all ingredients sourced from Memramcook.
The workshop will be led by Chanelle Belliveau, owner of Farm to Table NB.
At the end of the session, take your meal at home with you. (Please bring a large container.)
