Yoga in the Overton Park Formal Gardens

Free yoga classes are back at the formal gardens this fall! Sponsored and led by instructors at mind/bodyHAUS, these gentle flow classes are open to all levels and are designed to deepen the connection between body and mind. Grab your mat and water bottle, and we'll see you every Wednesday, September 17 through October 29, from 8:15 - 9:15 AM! Cash or Venmo donations are welcome.

The formal gardens are located north of the Overton Park Shell and just west of Veterans Plaza (look for the doughboy statue).
