Join us for an unforgettable afternoon with Sandor Katz, fermentation revivalist and author of six books: Basic Fermentation; Wild Fermentation; The Art of Fermentation; The Revolution Will Not Be Microwaved; Fermentation as Metaphor; and his latest, Fermentation Journeys. He's taught hundreds of fermentation sessions across North America and beyond. This is a session that will bring fermentation to life at Soul & Spirits, a premium craft brewery in north downtown Memphis.
