Week 2: Robotics – Coding & Engineering in Action

This week is all about programming robots! Students will work with robotics kits (VEX and Finch) to complete fun challenges. They will learn about sensors, motors, and automation while applying coding skills to bring their robots to life.

• Grade Level: K-12 Students (2024 - 2025 school year)

• Start Date: June 9th, 2025

• End Date: June 13th, 2025

• Day and Time: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm Central Standard Time)

• Location: Southwest Tennessee Community College - Macon Cove Campus, 5983 Macon Cove, Memphis, TN 38134 (Directions can be found here)
• Cost: $250

Drop-off/Pick-up:

• Drop-off: 8:30am (no drop off earlier than 8:30am)
• Pick-up: 3:30pm (must pick-up by 4:00pm)

What to Bring:

• Lunch and snacks
• A water bottle
