MRC Monday Group Runs

Here are the routes for Monday 18th August. There is a little diversion for the Nottingham Road closure but we will manage it without having to climb any fences. 😁

We have our 2, 3, 4 and 5 mile routes (where you can walk, run or do a bit of each), and our 10k groups (chatty or charging).

You are very welcome to join our friendly running community with no fees and no commitment. If you have any underlying health conditions that may affect your ability to jog or run then please consult your doctor before attending.
