MRC Monday routes for 30th June will recycle last week's routes below but in the reverse direction. It is very likely to be warm so please remember to bring a drink.😁

We have our 2, 3, 4 and 5 mile routes (where you can walk, run or do a bit of each), and our 10k groups (chatty or charging).
