Cold Water Induction Talk & Swim

Are you interested in swimming through the winter and finding out what all the fuss is about?!! Why not come and along to hear our talk and then follow this with an accompanied swim/dip with one of our coaches. The talk and swim is approximately 1.5 hours long and you will learn all about the kit you need, acclimatisation, physiological changes to your body, what to expect in the cold, staying safe, how long is too long, after drop, post swim care. Here at Swim Six Hills our aim is help people enjoy the benefits of cold water immersion in a safe and supervised manner.
