Whilst we are teaching overseas this Winter, we are grateful to be able to offer you a mix of 5Rhythms Teachers offering Tuesday Light Waves & Tidal Wave. See the list of Teachers and their dates below:

A gently guided 5Rhythms class that awakens energy through a guided moving meditation on the body and a 5Rhythms Wave. Both beginners and experienced dancers are welcome.

Doors open at 5:45pm with arrival music.

Class runs until 7:15pm.
