Chronic Pain Relief: Deep Breathing + Restorative Reset

A restorative small-group experience that blends diaphragmatic breathing, guided body scanning, and deep pressure support using weighted blankets. Designed specifically for those living with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, or stress-related tension, this session helps calm the nervous system and restore connection to the body through breath, mindfulness, and grounding touch (optional enhancements available).

You will leave with all the knowledge you need to recreate this experience at home whenever you choose.

60 minutes total:
10 min: Welcome, settle-in, intention-setting
- 30–40 min: Breathwork + guided body scan + stillness
- 5–10 min: Gentle return + optional reflection/journaling
