Come join us for a class on all things Energy. In this class you will learn the importance of embracing energy from all of it's sources, as well as protecting yourself against unwanted and harmful energies that come from People, Locations & Circumstances.
You will learn about Energy Grids, Boundaries, Cleansing Of Negative Energies and Yourself. There will also be a demonstration of "Cord-Cutting". "Cord -Cutting" is a method used to disconnect from any and all energies you may be receiving from People, Places or Circumstances that are toxic or harmful. These toxic and harmful energies can affect your Physical, Emotional & Spiritual Self.
At the end of this class Alisa will lead everyone through a Meditation Session.
