EXPRESSIVE ART Introductory Workshop

The Expressive Arts (EXA) is an innovative tool for understanding our internal world, processing emotions and interpreting the world around us, resulting in options for all individuals to be able to benefit from the power of creative expression. EXA offers unique person-centred approaches available to everyone, including those living with varying physical and cognitive ability levels.
Because every individual's needs are unique, EXA can meet those needs in ways a single art modality cannot. The wide selection of modalities can be blended together in ways that better satisfy the emotional requirements of an individual. This approach to health and well-being can create unique opportunities that allow people to better understand their emotions, thoughts, memories, and experiences.
