This class will include learning about different spiritual traditions/cultures and their practices of what unites us with all life- our breath!
In my constant quest to find unity in this world and my personal spiritual journey, I am humbled at how many spiritual/religious practices have more in common than we think.
In this class we will learn about Christian mystical practices , Jewish , Buddhist, Hawaiian culture , Hindu/ Indian culture and much more. Interspersed between the history, we will practice breath techniques from each tradition, and what is similar and unique to each.
You will receive a packet with all the techniques for personal use and a resource list.
