Weekly Crochet Group

Join us in our lovely studio to relax and connect with other crocheters, share patterns and tricks, work on your own projects and use our skills for good to crochet items for our local community.

You can work on your own projects or join in with community projects, this group is supported by local artist Jo Clarke.

This is an informal group open to beginners and all levels of crocheters who are able to work on their own projects with guidence and support from Jo.

We have loads of yarns, needles and hooks to use but donations of yarns, tools and patterns always welcome.

Hot drinks and biscuits will be provided too.

These sessions are being offered on a Pay What You Can basis to make sure they are accessable to all so please enter the amount you are able to pay at checkout. However we have added a suggested donation of £10 per session for those that can pay to help us cover costs.

There is ample parking available at the Community Centre Car Park. If you cannot fit in the Car Park, please park on the main part of Stainbeck Avenue, with consideration to the residents please do not park in the cul-de-sac.

The Stitch-Up Studio is to the rear of the Community Centre. Once you arrive in reception please follow the signs for Stitch-Up.

COVID SAFETY MEASURES:

* Please do not attend the studio if you are feeling unwell, have Covid 19 or have experienced any symptoms of Covid 19 in the 7 days prior to attending or have been in contact with anyone else who has had symptoms.

* Please use hand sanitiser on entry and exit of the studio.

Stitch-Up CIC is a social enterprise and any profits we make are reinvested straight back into delivering our creative community projects supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged people in Leeds to learn new skills and improve wellbeing.
