Nami X Kaya Chef's Counter Collab

Join us July 10 & 11 at Nami’s Chef’s Counter for a rare collaboration between Chef Lordfer Lalicon of Kaya Orlando and Executive Chef Jason Beliveau of Nami. Former colleagues at NYC’s renowned Blue Hill in 2009, the two reunite for an intimate dining experience over a decade in the making.

Together, they present a multi-course tasting menu that fuses the bold, soulful essence of Filipino cuisine with the precision and elegance of Japanese technique. Each dish tells a story of shared roots, evolving traditions, and culinary dialogue—crafted for those who appreciate flavor, finesse, and the unexpected.
