This sound bath is a journey of intention, transformation, and renewal. We begin by inviting you to write down a vision, goal, or challenge you’d like to see transformed into new possibilities. You'll be carried on a sonic journey of intention, exploration, resolving resistance, opening to new possibilities and then resting on saying yes to your intention. All of this happens through the resonance of the crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, voices (optional), shruti box, chimes and gong. This is an immersive experience designed to leave you feeling rested, while also feeling inspired, and ready to move forward with new solutions and a clarified vision of the life you desire.
Instruments used are: the shruti box, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, koshi and shell chimes, and a gong. Using your voice is optional. You can always imagine your voice in your mind, without making an outward sound.
