Italian Cooking Class - Homemade Gnocchi
Welcome to my Italian Cooking Class where you'll learn the art of making homemade Gnocchi from scratch!
I am Ornella, I am Italian and I teach how to prepare typical Italian dishes.
Italian cuisine is an ancient cuisine, linked to different types of territory and traditions.
Cooking is a creative process and creating a dough means literally shaping from scratch the food we will then eat.
We will cook together and taste what we have prepared.... ... or you can take the gnocchi home with you and eat them with your family!

The class will be held with a minimum of 2 participants up to a maximum of 10
What to bring:
Your apron if you want to bring it, and for any of you who would like to take home what we will be preparing to cook later at home, I ask that you bring two containers, one for the pasta and one for the sauce.
