SRG 'Away run' - McLaren Vale

For this month's 'Away run' we'll head to McLaren Vale, meeting at the McLaren Vale visitors information centre.

After leaving the visitors information centre, the 5km and 10km runners follow Caffrey St, with the 10k runners turning onto the Shiraz Trail while the 5k runners continue until Tatachilla Road. The 5k runners then follow Tatachilla across Main South Road and turn right into California Road and follow it back to the Coast to Vines trail and the start.

The 10k runners follow the Shiraz trail until Field St (near Coles) and turn right, continuing across the main road until Johnstone Road. Turning right the 10k runners continue along Johnstone, across Main South and to California to return the same way.

There is also a 20.5km run which starts earlier but does not return to the start point mid-way.

There is no cost and everyone is welcome.

We'll head to a local cafe in McLaren Vale after the run.
