Dee Dee Burington is an ERYT-500 and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. She has been teaching fitness and yoga for over 25 years in Dallas TX. She is a passionate people person and has yet to meet a stranger.
She prides herself in keeping a single point focus in her classes that help her participants understand the “how and why” of yoga postures and how they can help attain functionality in everyday life.
Dee Dee delights in witnessing the miraculous benefits that this ancient practice brings. She looks forward to molding with you in the studio soon.
