Join me and Dr. Jeff Wells of Wells Family Chiropractic for a relaxing and mindful yoga session at K-Adams Foto!

This unique class goes beyond a typical yoga session—Dr. Wells will guide you through intentional body movements and exercises designed to promote a healthy spine and overall well-being.

After class, refresh yourself with fruit-infused water and a light snack, to help energize your body for the day!
