Saturday August 2nd Free Community Boxing & Conditioning Program (Ages 6–14)
We’re proud to launch a free boxing and conditioning program for kids ages 6 to 14—open to all members of our community. This program is designed to build confidence, discipline, and physical fitness in a safe and supportive environment. Kids will learn the fundamentals of boxing, improve their strength and coordination, and develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime. More than just a sport, boxing teaches focus, respect, and resilience—skills that can make a real difference both inside and outside the ring. Our experienced coaches are committed to helping each child grow, feel empowered, and have fun.
