This immersive course prepares students to confidently facilitate team-building initiatives, low ropes elements, and high ropes challenges while creating meaningful experiences that foster growth, trust, and resilience.

Designed for aspiring outdoor leaders, educators, and facilitators, the course emphasizes hands-on technical skills, sound risk management practices, and the art of effective debriefing. You’ll learn how to manage group dynamics, guide reflective conversations, and create environments where challenge leads to transformation.
