The McDonough Walking Club invites you to our monthly Weekend Wellness Health initiative, supported by The City of McDonough and the District 4 Department of Public Health. We aim to promote physical activity for McDonough citizens regardless of their fitness level.
This event will be hosted by the Healthcare Ministry of Shiloh Baptist Church which is committed to promoting holistic wellness—spirit, mind, and body—within their congregation and the surrounding community. Their mission is to empower individuals with the knowledge and resources needed to live healthier lives, while honoring God through the stewardship of our physical and emotional well-being.
