Steps for Stroke Challenge

The South Texas Health System® Neurosciences & Stroke Institute invites you to take part in our Steps for Stroke Competition. Walk, run or even dance your way to a minimum of 10,000 steps per day and 50,000 steps total.

Log your steps on our official challenge website. Kick things off on May 17 at the official Steps for Stroke Pep Rally, where you can pick up your packet and start upping your steps with fun activities throughout the day! Meet this year’s Steps for Stroke ambassadors and register at STHSActive.com.
