Elemental Rhythm Flow Breathwork @ Shakti Yoga

The Elemental Rhythm Flow Experience is a gentler, more grounding version of breathwork that combines gentle movement and stretching with breathing rounds focused on extended exhalations. The session is set to calming music and includes a guided meditation and integration period to deepen relaxation and contemplation.

This experience is designed to be more yin and less activating than the Breakthrough Experience. It is ideal for individuals who experience high anxiety, have severe PTSD, or simply wish to begin with a slower-paced practice.

This experience is designed to be a safe, supportive space for you to release, breathe, and simply be—no judgment, just presence and care.
