This workshop offers an invitation to feel, to process, and to alchemize. Through intentional chakra work and guided energetic release, we will dive into the subconscious layers where trauma often lives unseen.
You’ll be held in a nurturing container as we work to gently unravel stuck energy and transmute it into something lighter, something empowering.
