💠Selah Rising is a women's group geared for women between ages 30-60 who are balancing many jobs & responsibilities, while also needing to care for themselves during these changing life stages.

💠Spiritually, SELAH is commonly known as an intentional pause, a reminder to slow down and quiet the mind to allow for a deeper engagement with a message or a greater sense of inner peace, clarity and spiritual connection.

💠Nurture your mind, body and soul once a month with a unique blend of topics and activities, while building close relationships and enjoying some sweet treats!
