About your Facilitator:Kalynn Frechette is the founder of A Mindful Bliss Studio, where her journey towards a healthier life inspired her to explore the power of holistic practices such as Reiki, yoga, meditation, and breathwork.

Passionate about guiding others on their wellness journeys, Kalynn focuses on nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. She offers a range of services designed to support clients in their pursuit of self-love and balance.

As a certified yoga teacher, meditation coach, and breathwork guide, Kalynn draws on her personal experiences and extensive training to help others find peace and transformation in their lives. She believes in sharing her knowledge and experiences, including inner child healing, self-love, and spiritual awakenings.

Kalynn's mission is to empower others with the tools and practices that have profoundly impacted her life.

Her credentials include a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification, Certified Coaching, and extensive training in herbalism, Ayurveda, and holistic practices. Kalynn is also Reiki certified levels 1, 2 & 3 .Kalynn is dedicated to helping others create a life filled with love, balance, and holistic wellness.
