The Nightflies began as an informal get-together of 10 musicians, for the love and challenge of playing the intricate arrangements of Steely Dan's Donald Fagen and Walter Becker. The band's name is a tip-of-the-hat to the 1982 standard-bearer Donald Fagen's solo album, The Nightfly. Hear faves from...Can't Buy a Thrill, Countdown To Ecstasy, Pretzel Logic, Katy Lied, The Royal Scam, Aja, Gaucho, and last but not least Fagen's solo effort, The Nightfly.

The Nightflies will be returning to the Dorchester music refuge with their ambitious medley of recognizable, danceable, foot-tapping, 70's-80's radio hits, plus some Becker/Fagen's deep cuts. Come sing along to some favorite Steely Dan tunes, and of course enjoy Boston Harbor Distillery's great drinks.

The Nightflies are honored to have the skillful Sonny Joe Barbato (keyboards) and the remarkable Charlie Berman (guitar), join us on stage.
