Walk with a Doc

Get moving with us every Saturday from August 9 to August 30 at 10:00 a.m. at Harambee Park, 930 Blue Hill Ave, Boston.

Each walk starts with a brief health talk from a local doctor/clinician, followed by a group walk at your own pace.

Walking is one of the easiest ways to improve your health. With Walk with a Doc, you’ll enjoy fresh air, great conversation, and expert advice along the way.

Tentative Summer Schedule
August 9: Feeling confident about managing your diabetes with an Endocrinologist
August 16: Heart health, cholesterol, and disease prevention with a Cardiologist
August 23: Managing high blood pressure with healthy eating habits with a Nutritionist
August 30: Cancer screenings and prevention with a Primary care doctor
