I have been teaching yoga since 2011. My approach can be summed up as “deep, yet gentle” with a strong focus on safety, mindful alignment, and the principle of balance and compensation in asana practice.

I advocate a scientific, non-esoteric approach to yoga, grounded in body awareness and mindful movement.
Alongside yoga, I practice traditional Buddhist Vipassana meditation, having completed five 10-day silent retreats. I integrate elements of secular mindfulness meditation into my classes to help students develop focus, calm, and self-awareness.
