Mindfulness Meditation with Dmitrii Iannau
In today’s world, our minds rarely rest. We live surrounded by notifications, deadlines, and constant mental noise. We are always doing something, rarely just being, rarely present in the moment, rarely noticing what is really going on around us. Over time, this leads to stress, anxiety, fatigue, and a sense of disconnection from ourselves and others.
Mindfulness meditation offers a way to reverse that. Through gentle attention and awareness of the present moment, we train the mind to become calmer, clearer, more attentive, vigilant and more stable. Regular practice has been shown to reduce anxiety, improve focus, regulate emotions, and restore a sense of ease and inner balance, even in the midst of daily challenges.

I am a certified mindfulness teacher with over 15 years of experience in teaching yoga and meditation. I have completed four 10-day and one 20-day silent Vipassana retreats in the Buddhist tradition. Although the meditation we’ll be doing is fully secular, grounded in psychology and neuroscience, free from any religious framework."
Join me for half an hour of stillness and awareness. It’s your own space to slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your natural sense of presence and peace.
