Crystal Sound & Sacred Space: An Introduction to Integrating Crystal Bowls into Your Yoga Practice

This immersive workshop is designed specifically for yoga practitioners & teachers who are curious about weaving the healing power of crystal singing bowls into their personal practice and teaching. You'll explore how sound frequency supports nervous system regulation, deepens meditation, and creates a more energetically aligned space for self-inquiry and balance.
Together, we’ll explore:

· The energetic and vibrational principles of crystal bowls
· How sound interacts with the subtle body and chakras
· Techniques for playing bowls with presence and intention
· Ways to use bowls to enhance your personal/professional practice
· Space holding, energetic hygiene, and integrating sound with integrity

This is a hands-on, heart-centered workshop, ideal for yoga practitioners who are new to sound or wish to deepen their intuitive connection to this powerful healing modality. Crystals sound bowls will be provided for use during the session, though you’re welcome to bring your own.
