Get Ready to Rock October – Halloween Style! – POUNDPRO at Hammond Golf and Country Club

We’re turning up the volume this fall at Hammond Golf and Country Club with a brand-new 4-week POUND Pro series – and yes, we’re bringing the Fall / Halloween vibes with us!

4-week series from October 7, 2025, to October 28th, 2025.

💰 $60 + HST for the 4-week series (1 location only)

🎶 This class features high-energy beats with classic and modern tracks designed to help you sweat, de-stress, and reconnect.

🥁 Ripstix are provided – just bring a yoga mat for floor cushioning and water to stay hydrated.

👻 BONUS: A one-time Halloween-themed class is coming this October! Expect spooky lighting, special choreography, and creepy-cool energy. Costumes are welcome—but not required!

🎯 Designed for adults 19+, especially those who love old-school rock with a fresh, fun twist.
