🎯 Open to teens 16+, adults 19+, and 40+ rockstars

🧘♀️ Yoga mat required – no mat, no class

💚 Class Description: POUND Unplugged
POUND Unplugged is a unique blend of low-impact movement, focused breathing, and guided meditation—all set to calming, rock-inspired music. This format is designed to support both physical fitness and mental wellness.
You'll experience:
🥁 Rhythmic, low-impact movements with Ripstix
🧘 Breathing techniques to reduce tension and stress
🧠 Mindfulness and meditation to restore balance
🎵 A carefully curated playlist to ground and uplift
This slower-paced, restorative class is perfect for those looking to reset, recharge, and reconnect—body and mind.
✨ Leave each session feeling strong, centered, and recharged.
Must bring your own yoga mat, water, and an open mind.
