August Cooking Class with Chef Beto

Learn how to prepare three of the most beloved dishes from Chinese cuisine with Chef Beto at 6 PM on August 28. He’ll guide you through authentic techniques, delicious flavor pairings, and secrets for perfect textures in every bite. The menu features:

“Three Delights” Fried Rice with ham, carrots, and peas

Sweet and Sour Chicken with pineapple and peppers

Crispy Egg Rolls filled with vegetables and smoked bacon

We're excited to have Healthy Harvest of North Iowa in attendance to teach us about ways we can find ingredients locally!

Attendees will receive the recipe and a meal of their own to enjoy during the event (BYO drink -- wine is fine!)
