Sacred Healing + Movement with Ayanna Freedom

This workshop will begin with a healing circle, followed by somatic healing movements, sound healing, restorative yoga, yoga Nidra and reiki healing. This workshop will allow the nervous system to rest, reduce stress and heal collectively within community and individually. This workshops is open to everyone- no experience necessary and is accessible to all bodies.
