Safe & Strong: Confidence, Boundaries and Self-Defense Workshop

Join us for a FREE 2-day workshop designed to equip kids with essential skills to recognize unsafe situations, set healthy boundaries, and defend themselves physically and mentally.

This event is built around age-appropriate, empowering education in:
• Situational awareness
• Recognizing unsafe behavior from adults or peers
• Saying “no” and speaking up
• Basic self-defense skills and confidence-building activities

We’re passionate about keeping children safe—in schools, at home, and in the community. This workshop is led by professionals with law enforcement and child development experience. Parents are welcome to observe.
