Skye Healing Yoga

Sometimes the world feels heavy.
Sometimes your body feels like it’s carrying things it shouldn’t have to.

This is your reminder to slow down. To breathe.

Starting this August, we’re gathering every first Tuesday at 6:15pm at Wicklanders Roots for a trauma-informed yoga class, layered with Reiki and guided meditation. No pressure. Just gentle movement, deep breath, and a place to lay your heaviness down for a while.
