Get ready to lace up your running shoes and bring the whole family for a morning of empowerment and community. Whether you're a seasoned runner, a walker, or just starting, this event is for you. Enjoy the scenic route along the waterfront and participate in activities promoting women's health and wellness. All 5k media and proceeds support women's wellness programs and events that reach women and families throughout the greater Snohomish County. Run or walk at your own risk and use protective accessories if needed. No refunds will be provided, but they will go to support future wellness programs and events.
