Aqua Yoga

We are taking our yoga practice to the water.

A water yoga practice provides the perfect environment for exploring balancing postures and supporting joints. Added benefits of a water practice include increased kidney function, edema reduction and more. Have fun, get some sun and do something new with your yoga practice!

Our sessions include 15 minutes before class to acclimate to the water and 30 minutes of personal swim time after a 45 minute class. Our location will be a community pool that will be closed to the public during our sessions.
